On Wednesday night, there was a break in at the West Virginia Lottery booth on the state fairgrounds in Fairlea.  Less than 48 hours later, a suspect is in custody.

West Virginia State Troopers have arrested Cody Arbuckle.  The 20-year-old man is charged with Breaking and Entering and Grand Larceny.  Arbuckle allegedly broke in the West Virginia Lottery Booth at the fair and took lottery ticket packages.  The theft happened after the State Fair of West Virginia had closed for the night on Wednesday, Aug. 13.  The packages that were stolen had not been activated yet, so the tickets that were stolen could not be cashed in.

Arbuckle is being held in the Southern Regional Jail.  Troopers said that the investigation is still open.
