Riley was one of 18 new members honored during the annual Bar Foundation Fellows Dinner April 25. Throughout the 16 years of the program, 300 judges and attorneys have been named fellows.
The West Virginia Bar Association selects members based on their dedication to the legal profession and to improving their community.
Riley’s father, Arch W. Riley Sr., was a Foundation Fellow in 2004.
