UPDATE: Bond denied for accused man in Charleston murder trial

During a hearing today, a judge denied bond to Deveron Patterson.



The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office has arrested two more in the murder case of Kareem Hunter. 

Deputies arrested Miguel Quinones, 36, of Charleston and Deveron Patterson, 26, of Beckley. Both have been charged with first degree murder. 

Patterson was arrested in Raleigh County near his home. Quinones was arrested at Southern Regional Jail where he already incarcerated for an unrelated charges. 

Kareem Hunter, 29, went missing on Sept. 23, 2013. His body was found the following month in a shallow grave in Raleigh County in November.

Kelsey Legg, 19, was arrested last year and charged with murder in the case. On Friday she pleaded guilty to two felonies as part of a plea agreement. 

Legg pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to first degree murder and aiding and abetting another person to conceal a deceased human body.  She faces up to eight years in prison.
