The Nicholas County Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10 that they were able to arrest four people on meth charges after pulling over a car near Summersville.
Deputies pulling over a car at around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 9. It happened at the intersection of Glen Oaks Drive and Peach orchard Road. Deputies searched the vehicle and found ingredients used to make methamphetamine inside.
James Preston McCune, 32, of Maysel and Kimberley Phillips, 26, both of Maysel as well as Della Legg, 36, and Tasha Neal, 29, both of Clay were arrested. All four are charged with Attempting to Operate a Clandestine Meth Lab and Conspiracy to Operate a Clandestine Meth Lab.
McCune, Legg, and Phillips are being held on a $100,000 bond each. Neal's bond was set at $102,000. All four are being held in the Central Regional Jail.
