Original Story

West Virginia State Police have arrested two men in connection to a Taylor County teenager named in a Silver Alert earlier this week.

State Police in Harrison County arrested Lewis Dailey, 22, of Ratliff, Ky., and Jamey Dodrill, 37, of Fairmont, on Wednesday. The men kidnapped and sexually assaulted the girl, according to a criminal complaint.

Dailey talked to the girl on the Internet and knew that she was a minor, but made plans to travel from his Kentucky home and meet her in Taylor County.  Dailey drove her to a Fairmont home where Dailey and Dodrill raped the girl, according to a criminal complaint. The teen told state police that she didn't want to have sex with the men, but she was afraid for her safety.  The girl turned herself in to law enforcement Tuesday.  State police said the girl is mentally impaired.

Dailey is charged with kidnapping, trafficking a minor, second-degree sexual abuse, third-degree sexual abuse and conspiracy. Dailey is being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $2 million. Dodrill is charged with kidnapping, second-degree sexual assault and conspiracy. He is being held with bail set at $750,000.

During the course of the investigation, probable cause was developed, allowing State Police to arrest Allen Reeves, 23 of Parkersburg, a fugitive from the State of Maryland. State police said Reeves also communicated with the victim over the computer in an attempt to meet with her in Taylor County.

Reeves is currently in North Central Regional Jail.
