PikeView Hosts Regional Cross Country Event

PRINCETON -

Cross country teams from across the area visited PikeView High School on Thursday for the Region III AA/A Cross Country race.

A trip the state cross country championship was on the line.

On the boy's side, PikeView sophomore Jason Weitzel won the event with a time of 17:32.

The Panthers girls squad finished first as a team and will also head to Cabell Midland High School in Ona.
