March is less than a week away and preparations fro the 26th Annual West Virginia Irish Heritage Festival are underway at Pipestem Resort State Park.
The festival will take place on St. Patrick's Day, Saturday, March 17. To kick things off there will be two rounds of Irish Road Bowling starting at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. A dinner featuring Irish dishes and desserts will be served up in the Bluestone Dining Room. At 8 p.m. there will be traditional music from Ballyhoo.
Tickets for the festival are $5 and can be purchased at the Hinton Visitors Center, POP's in Hinton and at Pipestem Resort State Park. For more information call the Resort at 304-466-1800.
